Mommy Has Diabetes

I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in January of 2000 at 14 months old. I have learned and experienced so much from this disease in my 26 years with it. When my daughter started noticing I had "stickers" attached to me it gave me the opportunity to explain Type 1 Diabetes to her. And, it inspired this book that I hope will help other Mommy's describe and explain the daily highs and lows that come with living with Type 1 Diabetes. I am incredibly excited to share it with you.
